Peachy!

I think that my baby doesn't like Monday mornings! This morning I was terribly nauseated and ill! My stomach calmed down about 10:30 so I decided to make my way into work and I made it about 15 minutes away from the office and had to pull on the shoulder of 114 and lost my breakfast. I was sitting on the shoulder for quit a while trying to get back onto the highway and I finally just gunned it and got back on...well there just happened to be an Irving police officer on the other side of the highway over the hill and clocked me at 81 in a 60. So this morning was just peachy!!!!
Rita who? What an enormous disappointment that we didn't get a single drop of rain this weekend! Saturday afternoon Joe took care into putting all of my potted plants out of harms way in the garage and we got nothin. In fact it is so dry here that there were several reports of fires in the area.
On a not so happy note...Friday night Jennifer's, a friend and co-worker, grandmother passed away. Her grandmother has had it pretty rough since the beginning of this year. I'm not sure of all of the details but I do know that Jennifer was there by her side holding her hand when she passed into eternity. Our prayers are with you Jennifer!
